What happens if my payment doesn't go through? |

Sometimes things don't always go to plan. If, for whatever reason, your payment does not go through PayPal, we have already received notification of your order. All orders are monitored daily and orders are not sent until payment has been received. we wil contact you if your payment is not received. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours please contact us or send an email and we will contact you regarding your order to make other arrangements. |

How do my fast funnels get delivered? |

We use Australia Post for our deliveries in Australia and FedEx for deliveries overseas.
Within Australia:
- If your order weights up to 2.75 kgs it will be sent via Australia Post - Express Post.
- orders weighing over 2.75 kgs are sent via Australia Post - Parcel Post.

Can I add more products after I've started to checkout? |
Yes you can. Simply Add new products to your cart by selecting the Category and then select the product to add to your cart. Then select 'Show cart' and go through the check out process again.

How does the online cart work? |
|
The online cart works in the following way:
- Add products to your cart by selecting the quantity and selecting the 'Add to Cart' button. Your cart will change to reflect how many products you have in your cart and the total of these tiems.
- Select the 'Checkout' link at the bottom of your cart. The cart will show how many products and the total.
- Checkout Step 1 - The Checkout will allow you to enter your username and password if you are a previous customer, or if you are a new customer you choose to register so your details will be remembered next time, or you can simply enter your billing details and continue.
- You will be prompted to use your existing billing address as your shipping address, or enter a new shipping address.
- Checkout Step 2 - Ship Method. In most cases you will not have to do anything here. In Australia we use Australia Post's 'Express Post' or 'Parcel Post' services depending on the weight of your order. International deliveries are sent by FedEx.
- Checkout Step 3 - Payment Method. We use PayPal's secure online payment system to process payments Your options are:
- Pay direct without logging in using MasterCard or Visa;
- Logon using your existing PayPal account and complete your payment.
